The Summit CMV-17BH Heated Backing Plate comes complete and ready to be fitted to your vehicle. In the box you will find the backing plate and a fitting instruction sheet as well as instructions on the box with step by step diagrams. Replacing the entire backing plate is quick, convenient and easy.

- There is no need to remove any broken glass from the original backing plate
- Simply connect the heating terminals up and clip into the door mirror housing
- Can also be used in non-heated applications - simply clip into the door mirror housing
- The heated base plate helps to clear the mirror glass of frost and moisture in cold conditions (only when connected to the vehicles heating terminals)
- Your vehicle may fail its MOT if the drivers side door mirror glass is damaged or missing - stay safe, stay legal!
- Complete with plastic backing plate which replaces rather than covers old glass for OE look
